Time to Detoxify

You've got to try these 5 drinks to Detoxify your body and skin this summer.

Summers are coming and we definitely want acne and pimples free skin and a healthy body

1. Green Tea 

Make green tea your first thing to have in the morning straight after you wake up. Green tea detox your body, improves blood circulation and purify blood too. And reduce belly fat too.
I've been drinking green tea  since last 5 months ( three times a day) and the results are great. 

2. Lemonade

Simple lemonade is very effective in detoxification as it prevents acne .
And also it's kinda makes your skin glow.
I prefer drinking lemonade over other cold beverages

3. Honey and water 

If you want to burn fat or want to get slim and fit then this is the best thing for you . Honey and water in the morning is the best thing for you in the morning as it reduce or burn belly fat and makes your skin glow.

4. Buttermilk

I know most of you don't know about this drink called buttermil or lassi but this is a very simple one to make. Churn curd in a mixer and separate butter and liquid . Add a pinch of salt and drink. This is the best summer cool drink to Detoxify.

5. Watermelon Juice 

You've got to keep your body hydrated during the summer. As we all know watermelon contain 70% water , therefore this is the best drink to keep your body and skin hydrated.
