ROAD TRIP

Now This Is Crazy


Hi peeps!! my exams over last week ( yeee congratulations to me!!). And a very exciting story I heard about my uncle and aunt based in India decided to go on a road trip from DELHI to GOA (1897 Km) . I know its not a big deal for youngsters like us but it is something to talk about. They've got  two kids age around of 9 and 3 year old and they are total notorious kinda kids and they are travelling by an SUV. This idea sounds a little crazy and fascinating to me and all the travelers out there who are reading this.


Goa


Well Goa is worth place to take the courage for this road trip ( with family). 
Okay now!! Let's talk about Goa. Goa is a fun place to visit any time of the year but the most amazing time to visit is during new year because the new year parties out there are insane. Amazing DJs come across the world to groove the party. There are amazing resorts and hotels around the beach.

Another Insane Story of Road Trip

Okay now this one is special one to me and I got to know about this last night only. One of my uncle took up this beautiful journey all alone from to Delhi To Leh on bullet ( motorbike) isn't crazy and insane?? it is sounds to me!!


The distance is around 1010.3 Km which is not at all small distance for one person to cover in 1 day all alone.

Leh a beautiful place that everyone should visit at least once in a life with their loved once ♥. I exactly don't know much about this place but I've heard and seen this magnificent place in the travel shows. I can not alone is not sufficient to tell about the beauty of this place, this place in calm and pure.

These two stories inspires me to the fullest to take a long road trip journey to the places I want to visit and explore. As I love to travel and experience new places, foods and cultures.

WHY WE NEED A MEMORABLE ROAD TRIP IN OUR LIFE

This question just occurred to me last night and I think i have got the answer.

  • LIFE IS TOO SHORT

Yes, I believe life is short. Before the tick tock stop we have to accomplish our goals because who knows KAL HO NA HO and moreover, If by the grace of god we live long!! we got to have stories of our life to tell our grand children or memories to live with.

  • FRIENDS



We all have the main elements of our life called friends with whom we have enjoyed the most beautiful experiences of our life. I strongly feel that a road trip with friends is a must life goal or should be the ultimate life goal.


  • FOR THE GREAT EXPERIENCE
We all must do things in our life that we must have proud of or have lived to the fullest otherwise the constant regret will haunt the hell out of us through out our life.

Time to Detoxify

You've got to try these 5 drinks to Detoxify your body and skin this summer.

Summers are coming and we definitely want acne and pimples free skin and a healthy body

1. Green Tea 


Make green tea your first thing to have in the morning straight after you wake up. Green tea detox your body, improves blood circulation and purify blood too. And reduce belly fat too.
I've been drinking green tea  since last 5 months ( three times a day) and the results are great. 

2. Lemonade


Simple lemonade is very effective in detoxification as it prevents acne .
And also it's kinda makes your skin glow.
I prefer drinking lemonade over other cold beverages

3. Honey and water 


If you want to burn fat or want to get slim and fit then this is the best thing for you . Honey and water in the morning is the best thing for you in the morning as it reduce or burn belly fat and makes your skin glow.

4. Buttermilk


I know most of you don't know about this drink called buttermil or lassi but this is a very simple one to make. Churn curd in a mixer and separate butter and liquid . Add a pinch of salt and drink. This is the best summer cool drink to Detoxify.

5. Watermelon Juice 


You've got to keep your body hydrated during the summer. As we all know watermelon contain 70% water , therefore this is the best drink to keep your body and skin hydrated.

Grow Healthy and Long Hair Faster


We all love ♥ Long hairs ♥ but they are hard to manage and they require time and proper  management too.
And we all are like " split ends / damage hairs  - I need a haircut " If you are one of the I NEED A HAIRCUT person then this is not the right blog for you.
 If you really want to grow long hairs then this will require patience and time.


First of all , our hair don't grow in one night they need time and proper care to grow.
 Before following these steps take a picture of your hairs before and after three months to see the difference.

1. OILING


I personally use this hair oil (Parachute hot oil ) because this suits my scalp very well. I usually massage my hair for 2 mins after oiling and kinda obsessed with the inversion method.
Okay, important thing is massage your scalp and leave it overnight just to make sure that the oil settle down in  your roots very well.
I do not warm the oil before applying to my scalp . Oiling makes the growth of your hair faster.
If you have dry / frizzy / thin hairs then I highly recommend coconut oil.
And if you have thin and oily kinda hair then you can use olive oil or any oil of your choice once a week.

I apply oil to my hair  thrice a week , if am not applying any hair mask.


2. HAIR MASKS

Egg mask


If your hairs are dull / frizzy / dry or curly then your are going to love this hair mask.
I'm giving you the brief of egg mask if one egg will be enough for your hairs.
 • 1 egg ( beaten)
 • 1 tablespoon honey
 • 2 tablespoon olive oil
 You've got to apply this hair mask for at least half and hour before shower.
 After effects your hair will be softer, shinier, smoother and straight and this hair mask will surely makes your hair grow very fast!!!!!!

Banana Mask

If you are a vegetarian  and you can't use the egg mask for your hairs like my many friends then this is best alternative for your hair

If you are dealing with dandruff, dull , damaged  and frizzy hair then you can apply this mask once a week.


You will be needing 
• One mashed banana.
• Honey
• Curd 
 Mix them well apply it for 20 mins before shower.
After effects
Your hairs will be more silky , dandruff free and soft . I apply this once a week or once in two weeks because i prefer the egg mask ( because i kinda want to grow my hair a lil faster) .

Amla or Gooseberry



This is the best hair mask to grow hair faster or if your having a hair-fall this will make your hairs super shinier and healthy.
You will be needing.
• Amla or gooseberry powder.
• 2 tablespoon coconut oil
• Hot water
mix hot water slowly while stiring until you've got a paste.
Apply it in your roots with a help of cotton or you can use your finger ( like i do ) and leave it for at least 1 hour.
 Your hair-fall will reduce to 90% and you will have shinier , softer and longer hair surely. I apply this once a week.


3.DIET & HEALTH


Okay make sure you will be eating a high rich protein , iron  and vitamin diet.
Hair needs protein to build . Vitamins specially A and C helps to prevent hair-fall. If you are having weak eyes then get a check up . 
I take multi-vitamins regularly for three months and then take a break for 1 month . I had  a massive hair-fall for two to three years and i chopped my hair thrice in a year to avoid hair-fall and my hairs are very prone to breakage and damage. So, multi-vitamins really helps a lot to me and it gave me result in the very first week.

4.HAIR-CUTTING




This is the most important part of growing your hairs longer. DO NOT GO FOR A HAIR OR A TRIM AFTER EVERY  THREE MONTHS- AVOID IT STRICTLY.
I know your hair dresser says you need a chop after every three months but logically you grow 1 or 1 and a half cm in a month you've got 3-4 cm in 3 months and your hair dresses will chop around 2-3 cm in every 3 months and then your hairs will be at the same length as your hairs were before. So, avoid a hair-cut for 1 or 1 and a half according to the length you want to achieve.


5.AVOID HEAT



You've got to give up styling your hairs and heat maximum because heat damages your hair badly and if you really and desperatly want to grow your hairs longer then you've got to stop using heat on your hair.

6.Protective Hair-Styles

Try loose braids , buns to style your hair and if you can then please braid your hair loosely while sleeping because it will prevent less friction and do not cause damage or breakage yo your hair.
















6.SLEEP


Make sure your having a sound sleep of 8 hour sleep and a 1 hour day-time nap because our hair grow while we are sleeping. So , irregular sleeping habits will not at all help you in your hair growing process.

Stop Hair-fall!!

5 thing you are :
• doing wrong or
• ignoring 
if you are having hair-fall!! 



1. Stress
Yes most of us are dealing with stress of relationships, studies and social life and that stress is strongly related to signs of hair fall.
So, my beautiful girls please avoid stress.


2. Diet
If you are dieting or not taking your diet in proper proportions then you are having massive hair-fall.
Yes!! because our hair need vitamins, proteins and iron ( to maintain the blood flow) for good and healthy hairs.

3. Dandruff
Dandruff is another sign of hair-fall....dandruff block our pores and prevents moisture from entering our skin naturally.
So...peeps try some DIY to stop dandruff immediately.

4. Shampooing
STOP SHAMPOOING YOUR HAIR DAILY! because shampoo contains chemicals which is not at all good and secondly, it washes out the essential oils from our hair ( which our scalp produce naturally).
Start shampooing your hair in 2 or 3 times in a week. If your hair are kinda too greasy then try to rinse it slowly and your hair will get use to it in 2 or 3 weeks. And yes avoid washing your hair with hot water too.

5. Do not comb your hair when they are wet
Avoid combing your hair when they are wet because at that time they are kinda elastic and fall off or break out very easily but if you are used to do it then try to use a wide comb first then move  on to brushes or else.
Use wooden brushes/comb, they are good for our hair and one more tip, try to avoid heat falling on your hair too.
